Service Description
This 4 week program will help you get started on finding balance during the seasonal changes and beyond. Start here and continue to use the tips I provide to help manage diet and lifestyle changes that can occur during the seasons. We are the microcosom of the macrocosm. When there is is change in the environment, there is change in use mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually. When we are more in tune with these environmental changes, we are better able to stay balanced and feel more in control of our lives. If you notice seasonal shifts create negative changes for you, then this might be a good place to begin to support yourself.
