There are about 30 foundational poses in yoga. In this class we will explore and "unpack" the poses you need to know to build confidence in your practice. You will build strength, balance, flexibility and clarity to enter any mixed level class.
Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is the support you need to settle into your evening. This is a way to reset and renew. In this class we will move in and out of just a few poses with the support of props like bolsters and blankets. Come relax, settle in and restore you body and mind.
